Overview
The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that all countries consider implementing an influenza vaccination programme or include influenza vaccination in their national immunization programme. The Seasonal influenza vaccination policy brief: developing and strengthening national programmes outlines key components of a robust influenza vaccination policy and highlights useful resources. It is intended to support national decision-makers, members of national immunization technical advisory groups (NITAGs) and technical focal points in developing or strengthening their national influenza vaccination policies and programmes. This policy brief complements the technical resources found in the WHO seasonal influenza vaccination toolkit.
