The mission of the University of California Center for Water Resources (WRC) is to stimulate and support water and water-related research both within and among the various academic departments and research organizations of the University. Research projects at the Center fall within the following categories: hydrology, climatology, and hydraulics; aquatic ecosystems; water quality; water development and management alternatives; and water law, institutions, and policy. The WRC site offers project summaries, publication information, numerous links to water-related resources, and information on its salinity drainage and water quality programs.
