Food Australia, is the Australian food industry's premier food science and technology publication, published eleven times per year by the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology Incorporated.
Each month food Australia publishes items of both general interest and those which concentrate on specific aspects of the food industry. Items range from interviews with key industry and government personalities, factory profiles, new products, processes and equipment to conference and technical papers.
