    • The Journal of The American Dietetic Association is the official research publication of The American Dietetic Association. Under her expert direction, manuscripts are sent out for anonymous peer review and are judged on the basis of content, originality, scientific accuracy, clarity, and contribution to the field of dietetics. The Journal invites contributions of original research, review, and application in such areas as nutritional science, medical nutrition therapy, public health nutrition, food science and biotechnology, foodservice systems, leadership and management, and dietetics education.
