  • The Texas Water Resources Institute is the focal point for water resources research, edcation and communications within the Texas A&M University System and throughout Texas. The Institute provides leadership for water resources programs through grant administration, pre-award services, project management, comminications and facilitation of interagency collaboration.

    • IWMI is one of the the 16 research centres which come under the auspices of the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR).IWMI aims is to contribute to food security and poverty eradication by fostering sustainable increases in the productivity of water through better management of irrigation and other water uses in river basins. Information is provided on IWMI, its organisation, and research themes. IWMI publications are available online and are provided in PDF, requiring Adobe Acrobat Reader. A collection of useful Web resources is provided. The site is available in many languages.
