《海水淡化在市政用水中的前景》

  • 我国海水淡化技术研究始于1958年,截至目前,海水淡化技术在我国还没有大规模应用于沿海城市市政供水,这在一定程度上限制了海水淡化技术的使用范围和规模。其中,水价是制约我国海水淡化水进入市政管网的主要因素。海水淡化的技术方法有很多种,其中可用于饮用水生产的方法主要有反渗透、多级闪蒸、多效蒸发和压汽蒸馏。反渗透法具有投资省、能耗小、操作方便、易于自动化控制等优点成为发展最快和具竞争力的技术。多级闪蒸不易结垢,系统运行较为安全可靠但能耗高。多效蒸发动力能耗较低,但管壁易结垢,压汽蒸馏效率高,但易腐蚀、结诟。 此外,淡化技术处理后的水质问题也是制约因素。淡化后的海水为腐蚀性水质,需要化学处理进行稳定,否则容易出现“红水”问题。淡化海水的消毒副产物中溴代副产物含量更高,增加三致风险。 海水淡化为解决水资源短缺问题提供新的思路和途径,但仍需要更多的努力平衡技术成本与水质安全的要求。
