We report the epidemiological and transmission patterns of 103 pregnant women diagnosed with COVID-19 nationwide in China. Methods: We included a total of 103 pregnant women with COVID-19 reported to the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC) from January 16 to February 8, 2020. Demographic characteristics and clinical features were described. The epidemic curves were constructed by key dates of disease onset, and case diagnosis, while onset-to-diagnosis curves were constructed by fitting a log-normal distribution to data on both onset and diagnosis dates. Furthermore, multinomial logistic regression models were performed to assess the risk factors of severe/critical disease.
