    • 美国冷冻和冷藏食品协会(NFRA)宣布任命杰夫·鲁姆契克(Jeff Rumachik)为该组织的主席和首席执行官，2021年1月1日生效。Rumachik于2009年加入该组织，担任高级副总裁。2012年，他被提升为执行副总裁和COO，与Shaw密切合作，领导协会并执行其促进冷冻和冷藏食品销售和消费的使命。Rumachik在食品行业有超过45年的工作经验。他曾是芝加哥食品营销协会(FMI)的副总裁，批发商和会员服务。在FMI，他负责为批发商成员部门提供总体战略方向，管理成员服务职能的人员和资源。在他的职业生涯中，Rumachik经历了中、高销量食品零售商店的各个层次的商店管理。他也曾在批发商、独立超市和各种形式的连锁商店担任监督和咨询职务。1991年加入FMI之前，Rumachik在SUPERVALU担任超市管理培训讲师。
