The National Centre of Excellence in Functional Foods (NCEFF) is an integrated, world-class centre of functional foods research, promoting the development, substantiation, and commercialisation of effective functional foods whose benefits are recognised by consumers and regulatory bodies.
The Centre aims to consolidate Australia's functional food-related R&D capacity, delivering advice, researching new products and promoting a leadership position for the Australian food industry in the global functional food market.
