CAP is the oldest and largest non-profit, community-based HIV and AIDS service and education agency in Colorado. Serving the Denver-Metro area and the surrounding counties (Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas and Jefferson), any man, woman or child with an HIV or AIDS diagnosis is eligible for many of CAP's confidential services and referrals.
